A reconditioned Land Rover Range Rover Engine which is coming with 12 months or 10,000 miles warranty*. The price is for a bare re-manufactured engine only and is only on an exchange basis. Please note that the price is subject to VAT.<\/p>\n

Why a reconditioned engine?<\/p>\n

Our process of re-manufacturing (rebuilding) an engine involves:<\/p>\n

  • Removing the engine from the vehicle.<\/li>\n
  • Removing all\u00a0auxiliary and ancillary\u00a0components from the engine.<\/li>\n
  • Separating\u00a0the cylinder head from the cylinder block.<\/li>\n
  • Dismantling\u00a0all components within the cylinder head and block.<\/li>\n
  • Inspecting all parts for signs of wear and\u00a0damage\u00a0and replacing\u00a0accordingly.<\/li>\n
  • All the inspected parts are then cleaned through our specialist parts washer.<\/li>\n
  • The parts are then checked for fitting and\u00a0tolerances\u00a0and are machined accordingly.<\/li>\n
  • Once machined the parts are cleaned again and assembled.<\/li>\n
  • New bearings, piston rings, seals and a fresh gasket kit are installed.<\/li>\n
  • All\u00a0auxiliary and ancillary components are reattached and the engine is fitted back to the vehicle.<\/li>\n
  • All the vital engine fluids are replenished and a new oil filter is\u00a0installed.<\/li>\n
  • The engine is attached\u00a0to a diagnostic computer and started.<\/li>\n
